I hate our mail system here. I'm still waiting on lot #1 to arrive and I ordered on September 15th. It is a US address and sometimes we will get something sent first class in 4 days and sometimes it is over a month. It seriously is driving me nuts.
Thank goodness I have realized that I have ordered too many stamps already, because on Ebay there is an auction for a Lot of 93 unmounted stamps for $23 + shipping, and they have pictures of the stamps. Anyone that is interested can look up Item number: 350102569791 in Ebay.
Just trying to be an enabler!
If my lot 2 is like yours, I am going t be disappointed because I counted at least 8 stamps that were in my lot 1. He posted on the auction that a couple might be repeats, but that would be more than a couple.
Yes me too!
Oh well I guess those will be Christmas gifts, eh?
But it is a little annoying since they were *suppose* to be totally different.

I saw a few that was in my lot 1 too, but I'm not dissapointed, because I've got something now I can use for RAK's, with out having to to decide well, now what am I'm going to give. And for the price, it's still a steal of a deal.
I took a picture of my stamped images and put them on my blog I got Grab Bag 1 if anyone needs to see what they look like. it is not the best stamping job but 100 stamps is a lot of stamping http://aliciadelanodesigns.blogspot.com/

Thanks for sharing Alicia. I hope I get some of the same images in my #1 that I ordered yesterday. But, if not, I'll be happy with what comes my way! yes, 100 stamps is a lot of stamping!
Most of us are in need of wood blocks...but I have a great plan...
Please help me out with this!!! I have purchased two seperate lots of unmounted stamps and have about 100 extra! Wow! This could be a fabulous treat for women and children that are in need of...well everything :( I have located a couple of women's shelters around Tennessee (Knox County and Loudon County) that welcome abused women and their children. I would like to mount these stamps and donate them to the shelters. I am also going to go through all of my supplies and donate as much as possible! Anyway, I am in need of tons of wood blocks to mount these stamps...I am willing to pay shipping so please let me know if you have any that you would like to donate...Thanks so very much! ;)
This would be a great hobby for some of the teens and children that are in the shelters with their mothers!
Your welcome Vicki wished I would have thought to do it sooner for those on the fence it is so much easier to make a decision when you actually see them.
Kim, that sounds really wonderful! and what an amazing idea...I however don't own a single wood block! But I wanted to say Good Luck. Donating is always a very wonderful thing!
Maybe I will do that same with my extras!
Darn...I ordered Lots 1 & 2, and these just aren't my style.
Not to worry...the variety of styles in the bags is nice...not all cutesy, not all collage-y either. I bet you'll see some in your lot that you like. And really all it takes is a handful of winners to make it worth the money, right, lol?
I'm in the UK, and I ordered the second-to-last Lot 2, and mine came two days ago. And I'm very pleased, lol, I really wish I'd managed to get Lot 1 as well, but there were never any available at the times when I had spare cash. I think, with grab bags, there are likely always going to be some that you don't like, but I think there are usually at least a few which you think are great, and usually LOTS that come in handy as you craft. Overall, I'm very happy, and I think I've already used about half a dozen of them in one project or another

WOW! That was fast.
Im in Florida and still waiting.
I got lot #2 in the mail today! There were at least 15 Christmas stamps, a few flowers, some travel, a border, some that I have no clue what they are until I stamp them........I also got 4 stamps already wood mounted, 3 stamp pad spots, 1 full size Tattoo ink (in red) and a small set of clear Studio G baby stamps ( say It's a Boy, It's a girl, Baby, a rubber duck and a safety pin)...I think I would use quite a few of these so it was worth it to me! Can't wait to get lot #1 (bought it on saturday!)!! If I have a chance, I will try to stamp some of them!

Wow...I live in TN and still don't have my lot 2 yet. I thought they would come today...but no....still waiting.
So anyways I was at a scrap store and I guess it was the first time in awhile that I picked up a wood mounted stamp because....holy crap! those are SO expensive!
So now wonder this lot was crazy good in price...and if you only like 3 out of the 100 then it was still worth the price.
Of course thats saying I ever get them...lol.
Just want to let you all know how much I have enjoyed this thread and I am NOT unsubbing you guys...I am obsessed with checking in with you guys! xxoxoxoxoxoxox Leah.
I have been following you and praying for you to get your stamps, I got my lot 2 today, but did not want you to feel bad so I did not post...., I am praying that tomorrow is your day.....
You are right, even if you use only 4 of the stamps in your box of 100 you have made the right money decision.....the last few I have bought have not been less than $5.99 each.
My lot 2 had lots more christmas in it than lot one......my mom wanted all my flowers, so I ordered another lot one, and if yours does not show up we will share with you.....
My thoughts and prayers... I feel like I know you,,,,I have read so much about you the last 2 weeks, LOL.....

I got my lot 2 today. I'm very happy with what I got. There were snowmen, snowflakes, lots of sentiments, an alphabet, and even 2 large background stamps. One wood mounted in my box, and a Ranger distress ink pad. All in all, a very good deal, and a good selection. I'll have to stalk lot 1! I'm having trouble making myself leave his current set of alphabets alone-has anyone bought those?
