Finally a demo!!

I am so psyched I finally became a SU demo, and I am really excited! It is something that I have been thinking about for about eight months now, and I finally got my starter kit and have been playin' around, and enjoying all the stamps that I put into my kit! I send a message that I wanted to join the demo side of SCS, and I am waiting to hear back! This is all so much fun, and to think that you can stamp with friends and family, and get paid at the same time is awesome.
One question. How do you keep from getting overwhelmed???

Hi and congrats. I also signed up and I should get my package on Wednesday. I planned an open house in Oct. Not get overwhelmed? Let's see, my wsih list is 4 pages long! (LOL) I plan to buy glue sticks, dots, snips, card stock,brads,grid paper,a few ribbons and the bigger price stamp sets (1 or 2) (We get 30%if we place the order within 45 days) I have so much already. Then my goal is to sit tight and get the hostess benefits from my other workshops. Self control....breath and say.."I will not spend too much"....LOL Good luck to you and enjoy

Congratulations! My best advice is to don't expect to get everything and do everything all at once. Your customers and friends will like growing along with you. And also, keep it simple (KISS) especially in the beginning. Sometimes when you have done this awhile you can forget this. Also, this site is a great place to get ideas and help!
