Okay, I have just had a wonderful experience with Eclectic Paperie and I just wanted to shout from the mountaintops how grateful I was for their customer service and I figured this was the best way to do that. I heard about their website through these forums so I know many of you probably already know how great they are, but if you don't--order with confidence. Their customer service is fantastic and I'm just so pleased with how they have worked with me during a recent misfortunate occurence. There are companies I've read about on Splitcoast (Gina K. Designs for example) whom I know I will purchase from in the future based on the rave reviews people give and the way in which they handle issues with their consumers. I just wanted to do the same for Eclectic Paperie because I am one grateful customer of theirs. Thanks for letting me share!

I sent them a email almost 2 weeks ago and never heard from them.
I would try calling. You never know with e-mail...sometimes people send me messages that get sent to my junk mail for no apparent reason. I also have a customer who NEVER gets my e-mails--they aren't in her junk or anywhere, it's bizarre! Anyway, you just never know with e-mail sometimes if the message has actually been received so I would try calling. Hope you hear from them soon!
I heard all the great reviews on here and finally placed an order and so far I am a little disappointed. I places on order on the 20th and it looks like it is going to be another 2 or 3 more days before it even ships. I understand that they had a high volume of orders and I figured shipping would take a little longer, but not that much longer.
I'm a little disappointed that I placed an order on the 20th and still haven't received a shipping notice. I've never had it take this long. I also ordered the cupcake set plus some patterned paper...boo-hoo

Yep, I ordered the 18th and hasn't shipped yet... The site said 7 to 10 business days to ship....it's never taken that long before. I'm assuming the holidays have slowed them up.

Unfortunately, my experience with them has not been a good one. One item missing from my order and many emails remained un-answered. Was told the item was mailed out twice and two and half months later finally found out that it was never sent. I do not consider that good customer service. :(
