Has anyone else received an email from Cut@Home asking you to log on for a password? After a recent burn with Paypal (where I definitely did NOT open a phishing email!), I'm a little gunshy about logging onto another site.
Michelle,
I received the same email and came directly to SCS to see if anyone else had just like you did, I'm going to wait a bit and see what other replies this thread gets. I have used both July and August 40% coupons and was so looking forward to Sept.
Just a note: I'm from Oxford, Mi
I'm still not convinced, I followed the directions this morning and when I used the password they sent me my account came in with $70. of merchandise in my shopping cart that I did not order, has that happened to anyone else?
I replied to the e-mail without a second thought. now I'm wondering.... I never got an e-mail back saying I could change my password. I thought that once you visited the site, it was supposed to eply to you.
I did get into the Cut@Home Blog this morning and all of this was mentioned and apologies were given so I'm feeling better. When I logged onto my account the erroneous items in my cart were not reflected any more.
Happy Labor Day to everyone
Roe
Update: It's for real and I, too, received a reply from CutatHome, along with an explanation for a misspelling in the email (which made me wonder at first.) So, reply with a clear conscience!
