I never received a shipping notice for my order, but I checked the status on their site today, and it shows that the order is completed and that Fedex (complete with tracking number) delivered today. Only there was only 1 Fedex slip in the mailbox area, and it wasn't for me. And the tracking number isn't bringing up anything on the Fedex site.
Argh! Hopefully it's sitting in the leasing office, but still...frustrating!
Ok, now it's showing as being shipped yesterday. The Cricut site still says "home delivery - completed". Hmph.
Did ANYONE get the free Cricut Sampler Cart they were offering this morning? I checked for it 3 hours after thety sent the email (7 am) and they weren't showing on the website. Free shipping and sale prices again, which is great (except I'd like my original order of 5 first!), but I wanted the free cart too. :(
I got the free cartridge this morning. Their site was moving kind of slow, but it went through. I'm excited because I always seem to miss out on these things. I've ordered from them a couple of times and never had a problem.
I tried to order the "free" cartridge this morning between several times 6:30 and 7:30 a.m. (email showed up at 6:30 as being an hour old already!), and the code would not work for me (still showed as being $27.95 when I was told to confirm the order). The site had locked up by that time, and I had to go to work. I sent an email to them, but haven't heard back. I am unhappy as I had the cartridge in my cart but was unable to check out with it showing as free. :( Not sure I will order from them again.

I received their email also and by the time I saw the email the site seemed to be frozen. If I remember correctly you had to order something else and then could get the "free" item + free shipping.
"As a true gift from our family to you and yours, and as our way of saying thank you, we will be giving 500 Cricut Sampler cartridges away for free. Shipping on these cartridges will be free as well. Simply add the Cricut Sampler cartridge to your shopping cart and then input coupon code thanks at checkout. The cartridge and shipping will then be free." This is from the email I got from Cricut Machine this morning, and it didn't say you had to buy anything else, so I am still sad that the site wouldn't let me get my free cartridge, and then it locked up. Oh, well.
I finally received my order. I was able to track it after I threatened to cancel my order and they finally sent me a tracking number. They shipped it USPS even though I asked for Fedex and it was stuck in customs for 10 days...not their fault, but if they had shipped it Fedex like I paid for then it wouldn't have been held up. I'm not pleased that I paid $29.92 for the Fedex option, but they shipped it USPS and the package shows it cost them $23.22...I know, they had to pay for the box that they shipped it in.
I don't mind that it took so long, just that they didn't communicate that it was going to take that long, and when I pay for upgraded service, I expect to get it.

Does anyone happen to have a valid phone number for them?
I am trying to contact them. The Gypsy I received will not connect to register, and yes I have followed what was recommended by Gypsy. Why I think this is possibly broke is there were an additional 20 or so cartridges loaded. So this maybe a returned item and resent back out
I have to say I would not order from this company again. I ordered 2 carts and it took about a month to get them. I email and called with no response. Finally I sent them an email stated that if I didn't get my order with in the next 5 business days I would be contacting the better business burue (sp?). Amazingly I got in 3 days, they shipped it the day after the email with express shipping so that it would get there is 2 days.
I was very disappointed with the customer service.
My post basically says I couldn't synch either (and haven't tried again) but also found a bunch (didn't count) of carts on it. I would like to know if others have made it to the light yet and if they lost those carts?

The site is adding 3 new spring seasonal cartridges:
# April Showers Seasonal Cartridge
# Mother's Day Bouquet Seasonal Cartridge
# Spring Holiday Cards Seasonal Cartridge
at $50 for all 3 or $20 each.
I'm particualrly interested in the Mother's Day Bouquet (MOTHER'S DAY BOUQUET Seasonal Cartridge CricutMachine.com). Does anyone know of other places that sell seasonal cartridges that may offer it for cheaper or free shipping to avoid another potential long delay through this site?
Also, might this cartridge have shapes that fit with other stamps? I've been planning to buy Spellbinders Blossom 2 to fit with some Heartfelt Creations stamps that coordinate, and I know other companies have dies to match the flower stamps, but if this has the same shapes then I could avoid having to buy the TH Tattered Flowers and the Spellbinders Blossom and some of the other flower dies out there if stamps match these! *hopeful*
