Cricutmachine.com is having a black Friday sale that started at midnight on 11/9/10. Older Cartridges are 17.95 and newer ones like Toy Story or Nifty Fiftys are 23.95. hope you get in on the bargains if you want to!
I just went there and bought a GYPSY! Can't believe it!
It was only $109.95 with 7 cartridges that can be loaded on them if registered by December 31.....go get one NOW! While supply lasts only.
You failed to mention, Grace, that shipping is FREE after you spend 200 dollars. They can thank you for my 208 dollar purchase!! Seriously unbelievable prices, ladies!! I also ordered some cutting mats.
A Gypsy for $109 (plus shipping) got my attention but I always like to price compare and I found a package deal with the Gypsy and a Gypsy A-Z DVD for $140 (free shipping) last weekend. Craft-e-Corner has free shipping and by the time time I added shipping through the site above, the difference was about $10 so I figured a DVD was worth the extra $10. It took me a couple of days to post this message an unfortunately, the Gypsy/DVD package price on Craft-e-Corner has gone up to $154. I still wanted to mention this (mainly Cricut) website because I have also ordered cartridges and my jukebox from them and found their prices and service to be great. Craft-e-Corner We're excited to bring Provo Craft - Cricut, Quickutz - Silhouette, and Making Memories - Slice Machine products to you.
My order has been showing ready for pick up since 11/18. I sent them an email inquiry and they said it is still at their warehouse and they "hope" to get out my order in the next 2-3 days. I'm NOT happy as this was a gift for a friend of mine bday 11/29. This is terrible service

Is slow shipping normal with cricutmachine.com? I am considering ordering two carts from them because they are $10 cheaper each than the same two carts that I bought at Jo-Ann's yesterday (which I would return)! Just wondering if saving the $ is worth waiting and waiting for the items to ship. :neutral:
I am not sure if I would do business with them again, I just hope my stuff arrives soon. I passed up all the Black Friday sales because I have an order in.

I would like to order from them also, because of their cheap prices on cartridges, but I keep hearing how long its taking people to get their orders. I even went to their facebook page and more people talking about getting there stuff. I guess maybe if I ordered I should just not expect them for weeks, and not get my hopes up of getting them quickly. With all the warnings we get, we still want something cheaper. LOL
I have ordered from them many times with NO problems and I don't remember the shipping being slow, but maybe I was busy and time went quickly or something.
I ordered on Nov 11th and have had email contact a few times since then to see if my order was shipping yet...I even paid for the Fedex shipping to Canada..and here we are Nov 29 and still no shipping notice. I tried calling the 877 number they have listed and it asked me to re-enter the mailbox number to leave a message...no greeting or anything. I am NOT happy at all...I could have bought a Gypsy for $129 at my local Michael's 2 weeks ago and been using it right away...I don't need cheap cartridges that bad. I'm giving them to the end of the week and then I'm cancelling my order.

If anyone orders and they have a paypal option, I would use it. I've heard of people who are positive their cc numbers got stolen after shopping at cricutmachine.com. Too many for it to be a coincidence.
I can't remember what I did, I better check my paypal and my cc.

I used my cc, I was charged on the day I ordered, but still no order, I hope it comes soon. I did use my cc, there is no suspicious activity on my account. Thanks for the heads up though, it is always good to check!

I'm anxiously awaiting my order placed Nov. 14. Dec. 1 is the date I plan to attempt to make contact with the company if I haven't received my order by then. I, too, passed up the Black Friday sales on Cricut cartridges expecting to have had this order by now. Two weeks really isn't such a long time; I have become accustomed to receiving SU orders within a week, so two weeks just seems like a long time. Do these products come from China? A store clerk told me on Saturday that boat loads of merchandise made in China are having difficulty getting processed through customs quickly.

I sent them another email and they gave me a long drawn out excuse all to say that the order was ready for shipping but still hadn't shipped. Now they say they "hope" it will be shipped sometime this week. I've ordered once before and it didn't take this long, I can't imagine what is taking so long for them to get these orders out?! I wish they would be more honest than lying to me about when the box will ship.
I won't order from them again!

Now that I'm reading this thread, I'm debating placing my planned order with them tonight. I just got my Cricut this weekend and was checking out the great sales here. I hope it's just that running such a good deal for so long is backing up their shipping times, and not anything fishy. I guess if I use Paypal and just keep track of it, I can be patient and cross my fingers...
I wasnt going to take the chance with them, waaay to many complaints.
For about $2 more, I went to Oh My Crafts instead.
Im just going to expect that they wont be here for a few weeks at least because Im sure it will take awhile for them to get all the orders out.
I placed my order Nov 11th and after threatening to cancel my order in an email today they sent me the USPS tracking info...I PAID $30 for Fedex Shipping!!!! And, the tracking shows that my package has been in customs since the 23rd...why didn't they send me tracking info when it shipped?
I mostly frustrated because I know that things get held up in customs this time of year, which is why I paid for Fedex shipping. I wrote them back and told them exactly how I feel...I won't every buy from this company again...no matter if the prices are better, I'd rather pay for good service. Lesson learned I guess.

My order arrived safely today. I do think they got overwhelmed with all the orders. Everything was fine. I am going to download the extra cartridges now and then have my parents wrap up for me for Christmas.

PMR, what do you mean, download your extra cartridges? I just got my cricut yesterday, but I gave to my husband to wrap up and didnt read any of the material that came with it (Expression). I wanted to save it for Christmas day but now you have me wondering.....!
I got mine today too! I have to admit even though I have ordered from them many times before with no problems all the talk about bad experiences was starting to get me worried. Plus, my tracking number wasn't showing that it had been shipped, FEDEX, and normally my orders were shipped priority: USPS.
Anyway, everything looks great and I can't wait to play with my new carts!

I had to check and see when I even ordered. It took 2 weeks but that was over Thanksgiving holiday so we lost at least one day of shipping and considering the sale and the orders they must have had I feel like that isn't too bad. My other orders only took about 5 days.
I just checked my shipping information (tracking) and I'm not sure why but they sent shipping information to fedex on the 20th but the order wasn't PICKED up by fedex until the 30th. And no shipping information was even showing up until now!

The same thing happened to me. They did reply to my email inquiry and explained that they assign the Tracking/Shipping number at time of order entry but that does not mean that your order is ready to be shipped or has shipped with the carrier. This seems very "backward" to me
I did receive my order today. :???:
