Cricut Cake Cartridges with Original Cricut Machine?

Does anyone know if I can use a Cricut Cake cartridge with a regular Cricut machine (I have the small original one, although I'd love the Expression!)

I love the Elegant Cake cartridge - there are some beautiful images that would look great on cards.

My pleasure. I want the Martha Stewart Seasonal Cakes cartridge myself, even though I'll be using it with my Expression instead of the Cake. Have fun!

My first choice is actually the Cake Basics cartridge, but that one only comes with Cricut Cake machine.... unless anyone else has any ideas how I can get it (cheap) on its own someplace else. (I already checked e-bay and it's something like $90 or higher...)
