I've purchased several times from them and NEVER had a problem. I know retailers might not be happy being undersold.....but isn't that the free market. Maybe they make up the profits in another area.
I have NO problem going to the best price. I would call "illegally" selling over the top. Is it 'illegal' for a LSS to sell OVER the set price? Copic has their $$, so what's the problem? I think there are some sour grapes out there.
I'm shipping to an address that is NOT my billing address and they asked me to email them my bank contact phone number to verify the address it's going to......I felt comfort in that. They responded and told me that they were processing ASAP. I have spoken to CS and they have always been great. Very friendly and helpful.
I would say that if you are on the fence, give them a call. They will answer your questions.
Again, I've NEVER had a problem with them.
I order from www.oozak.com Rusty is a dream to work with and their inventory is accurate in real-time. Free shipping is only $50 and he ships same day most of the time via priority mail. So I get my markers in about 2 days.
Carpe Diem is clear across the country from me and the ship via Fed Ex ground. So even if they shipped same day (that's never happened for me), it still takes a week for me to get my markers. The last time I ordered from them, I waited over 5 days for them to ship and then 7 more days for the shipping.
I'm not very patient, so I choose to pay the $.20 more per marker and order from oozak. I really like being able to order only $50 at a time too and still get free shipping.
Your order should be fine, they have always done good by me, and my mom, and a TON of other Crafters that I know on here SCS!!! I wouldnt worry about your order hun!! AWESOME price gotta love them for that huh??!!! hehehehe
Oozak does great tooo! I always buy my refills from Ooozak, and a local guy that gives me an AWESOME DEAL!!!!

I just received my 3rd batch of Copics from CD and haven't had a problem with any of my orders. So, CD is cheaper than other retailers...I can't see paying more, in some cases up to $3 more per marker, for an item that is cheaper somewhere else. Who doesn't want to save money these days?
When I went to there site it says free shipping over $100 on Sketch markers. Does anyone know, if you buy both sketch and Ciao do you pay shipping on the Ciao?
You have to order $100 in sketch but if you also get some ciao they won't add shipping. As long as you do the $100 in sketch and don't add anything huge they will give you free shipping. Have doen it at least three times. Keep in mind they do not do back orders so if you are in a hurry and noitice you have a couple still showing zero in the quantity that means they are waiting on them to come in. If it take longer than a week to come in they will ship what they have and cancel the others. I am fine with waiting so I just call and tell them to hold my order until it is complete I have never waited longer than 10 days from order date til they are in my hands. When you call don't choose the online order option wait for the customer service option 99% of the time someone will pick up. They have great Customer service IN MY OPINION!! HTH!
ETA: The shipping will show up if you add more than the $100 in sketch but CS will fix it within a day or two. If you are concerned with anything just call like I said they are great!

I just ordered a bunch a needed from Carpe Diem. I like to see what colors people use together, so I go on the Flourishes website and Papertrey website and see what colors they have grouped together, then I write the combinations down. They are great resources.
