Hi, just got back from Hobby Lobby and picked up a bunch of Spellbinder Dies for 50% off! They even had the labels one die (I have been waiting for them to get this one) and some of the newer dies too.

Ummm. Ya. I was there at 9am on Monday morning. Limited myself to 3 sets that I've wanted for ages. Labels 1, Labels 8 and Labels 10. They'll look so nice wrapped in pretty Christmas paper under the tree. DH doesn't seem to mind when I "help" him shop. I was pleased they actually had them in stock. I've tried to buy nesties at HL in the past when we've been in the US and was told they were out of stock so often I had given up.

The sets I picked all worked out to $12.50 per set before tax.

No apology necessary. Last time they had the sale it was in both the stores and online. So I don't understand why they wouldn't do that again. Strange if you ask me.

too funny.... I told dh the same thing that "he just bought my christmas gifts today...." He didn't mind..... his new motor for his 67 mustang cost a "little more" than my dies.... I think I will be going back tomorrow evening when their shipment comes in to pick up the labels 8 too.

When I seen that the dies were on sale, I called the store to ask the girl that works in the crafting dept. if they had gotten in any of the Grand Calibur dies... but unfortunately they hadn't. Has anybody seen them in their stores yet?

I went today and got 2 and when I was there I did not see any dies for the GC or the GC itself.
I picked up large standard circles and deckled rectangles - simple classics for cheap! They did give me a rain check for the labels one I wanted but they were out of stock of.
I'm curious if Michael's would price match these? I really want Blossoms 2, but can never find it during the good sales.
Ok, I just bought my first Spellbinders Labels (#4)! I know, I am behind the times but have been waiting for a sale like this one to take the plunge--thanks for enabling me and letting me know about this.
