Barbara gave us a beautiful combo of colors this week. Berry burst, so saffron and pear pizzazz. This is for Cheryl Quilts DTGD challenge. Using the best tip from her challenge found here.... DTGD17CherylQuilts Chat Thread by CherylQuilts at Splitcoaststampers
Some water color papers are too thick to run through my printer, but her tip about cutting 1/2 inch off the top and adhering it to copy paper worked like a charm to print this digi. Thanks, Cheryl. Colored with the reinkers, and added wink of stella. Using my scorpal...scored 1/2 inch intervals. Then taking the fine micron pen and ruler made stripes. Added one wider stripe. Added ribbon. Embossed the sentiment. TFL

Oooh - thanks for sharing the printing watercolor paper trick - I'd missed it! Your use of the selected colors is terrific - but I'm most impressed by the number of techniques you used to bring the digi alive - and how well they worked for you!
