TLC648 = using bubble wrap to create a background.
Sabrina has several terrific techniques HERE.
I used TH inks on a craft sheet, misted with water, pressed the bubble wrap into it and then used it as a stamp for my bg. I softened it down, once stamped, by brushing more water on the bg softly.

You got a gorgeous, ethereal looking background by brushing on the extra water. The soft green is beautiful with those vibrant poppies. And all perfectly presented on the framed white.

This is stunning, Sallie. I had to look twice to see whether you had hand drawn the poppies or they were stamps. I love your background, I prefer the softer look too. It's a beautiful combination -- and I like adding the sentiment on the frame, great idea. I toyed with the idea of adding a sentiment on my card - I still might. Great card today - always Top Notch!
