Holly's given us a fabulous sketch today, I love all the layers because I like mixing dp. I covered the card base with it and then stitched the other panels with red framing. I used a SNSS bg script stamp across the oval in SU's Pool Party before stamping the sentiment. The strip across the middle is wide gingham ribbon which I always add by attaching to a strip of cardstock so that I can tuck in the ends and then adhere the strip to the card. The butterfly is colored with copics - wasn't sure if there were red butterflies IRL but thanks to google I discovered there are beautiful Red Admiral's, though they're slightly different in shape.
This is also for the Sweet 'n Sassy Stamps Hump Day Challenge this week to use the color combo of Red and Aqua or Light Blue - your card can include other colors too and you don't need SNSS stamps to play, the details are HERE.
Come on, join us - you know it'll be fun!!

I love this card with its beautiful combination of colors and the butterfly. When I see all the comments to post mine, I see how very few I have been commenting on. I get so focused on looking instead of commenting. Wow! You did a great job with this.
