Holly's given us a fabulous sketch today, I love all the layers because I like mixing dp. I covered the card base with it and then stitched the other panels with red framing. I used a SNSS bg script stamp across the oval in SU's Pool Party before stamping the sentiment. The strip across the middle is wide gingham ribbon which I always add by attaching to a strip of cardstock so that I can tuck in the ends and then adhere the strip to the card. The butterfly is colored with copics - wasn't sure if there were red butterflies IRL but thanks to google I discovered there are beautiful Red Admiral's, though they're slightly different in shape.
This is also for the Sweet 'n Sassy Stamps Hump Day Challenge this week to use the color combo of Red and Aqua or Light Blue - your card can include other colors too and you don't need SNSS stamps to play, the details are HERE.
Come on, join us - you know it'll be fun!!

Another beautiful card Bridget!! I like when you mix dps too - a wonderful look. Your sewing is always amongst my favorite details. I love the colors too and the great buttons.

Whether or not they exist doesn't matter..it's called Artistic Interpretation! We can do whatever the heck we want ..and you did..to the extreme. With all the mixed DP this is one fresh, relaxing, gorgeous, most stunning card. (Did I mention I really, really like it?)
