Another card for today's Featured Stamper, Sabrina (Cook22)! If you have time today, come and play with us, even if you haven't done the challenge before, HERE is the link! HERE is the beautiful card I which inspired me. I used a new Sweet 'n Sassy Stamps set soon to be available in Korin's Stamps for a Cause series - The Gift of You has a huge variety of sentiments celebrating adoption (More info on my blog).
I had my Mum and Dad in mind when I made this card - they prayed for a wee baby to adopt over 40 years ago and got my little brother! My sister and I were staying with family friends when they traveled to pick him up and I still remember them coming in with that little bundle!
I used Sabrina's layout with the Nestie frame, but changed the flowers and color scheme, also adding some jute twine and a pearl.

I have been meaning to get to this GORGEOUS card! Bridget, your design is wonderful and the colors are amazing together!!! I especially LOVE the soft green sponging on the sentiment panel. The magenta roses are complete perfection and the flourishes and leaves are the perfect compliment! This goes straight into my favorites! Glorious card in Sabrina's honor!!!

So beautiful, Bridget! Those Wild Orchid roses look so real I can almost smell them. And, your story of your brother is so sweet.

Sweet Bridget!
This is positively breathtaking and a gorgeous tribute to our wonderful Featured Stamper, Sabrina!! Love how you popped up the nestie and gently sponged it to softly display the brightly colored roses!! Your sentiment touched my heart! What a hug!
