My sweet friend, Itsapassion (Anne), sent the Doubledog Dare Challenge (DDC) group some beautiful wallpaper and challenged us to make a card or altered project with it. She also included some optional lace ribbon and bling (both of which I'm saving for another project). Thanks, Anne, for the cool supplies and challenge!
This wallpaper made me think of my Roses in Winter set. Using Regal Rose, I stamped the rose image onto white cardstock with a slight twisting of the stamp to give it a softer, muted look. After using a portion of my circle Nestability, I sponged Barely Banana and So Saffron to match it with the wallpaper and added paper piercing. The purple and green gems at the top of the wallpaper scallops are by Robin's Nest.
We'd love for you to join us in our challenge by using some wallpaper you may have in your stash somewhere. If you do, be sure to use DDC in your keywords so we can see your creation!
TFL and have a great Saturday!

WOW!!!!!! We got the same wallpaper sample to work with.
This is so breathtaking. I really love the old fashioned, romantic look of this. Exquisite!!! Love the dew drops around the scalloped edge.
