Julia (artystamper) sent the members of our double dare group this Thomas Kinkade image with instructions to color it as we wished and that was her only requirement. Easy peasy, I thought, until I started coloring the image. I so admire those of you who color these images on a regular basis. There is so much fine detail!
Initially I cut out the oval image and was going to use that, but decided I really liked the frame, so I popped up the image on dimensionals on top of the frame.

I love the purple and the black with the polka dots framing the image Charlene - it really makes the card pop - as well as the pretty flower! Nice job coloring the Kinkade!

This is PERFECT! Your coloring is stunning! I know what you mean about coloring.....it can be intimidating sometimes! However, your card is spectacular! Great job!

You achieved the feeling of light with this beautifully colored image and gorgeous card Charlene!! I have admired Thomas Kinkade's paintings for so long now, but I wouldn't have wanted to try coloring it, at least not in a time crunch!! Love it!!
