Panel #2 is the flags which I colored and cut out to mount on the circle rather than having the rectangle as on the sketch. Made a rosette, but didn't cut off the edges. Used the colors from yesterday's CC challenge.

Fabulous patriotic card for the 4th. Love how you used the colors. Great job with the sketch. Love the rosette in the corner. The sparkly stars are a terrific touch. Always love polka-dots. TFS
