Panel #2 is the flags which I colored and cut out to mount on the circle rather than having the rectangle as on the sketch. Made a rosette, but didn't cut off the edges. Used the colors from yesterday's CC challenge.

Another wonderful 4th of July card, Sallie. I really like the flags as the rectangular element, makes the sketch less busy IMO. The sparkly stars and that rosette finish this off perfectly. I loved your card yesterday, as well.

Sallie, I love the way you have used the image of the flags, swirls, and stars for panel #2! I'm glad you didn't cut the edges from the rosette, it completes this wonderful Patriotic card!!
