For today's Techinque Challenge we were to combine a technique chosen for techniques 1-10, a sketch chosen for sketches 1-10, and colors chosen from color challenges 1-10.
I chose Technique #4 - Bleach
I stamped the image on Sage Shadow and then bleached the color out of everything above the ground. I then used reinkers to add color to the dress, skin, and hat. The pale yellow sky is the unaltered bleached Sage Shadow.
The Sketch Challenge I chose was SC09.
The Color Challenge I chose was CC09 - Ruby Red and Sage Shadow.

So cute Allee, the softness from the stamped image come right through with the contrasting red and white. Love it and congratulations on making it so fast. I don't know how I will figure out this one. Thanks for sharing.

Lynn, you got it done! This is one of my all time favorite images and you have done a wonderful job with it. I am intrigued by the way you bleached out and recolored part of the image- that's awesome.

Lynn, your card is fabulous. I love this set and this image from it. Great color choice and simple but lovely layout. The layout were a lot simpler when they started. Love it all. Happy Memorial Day to you and yours.

You did a great job with the bleaching, Lynn. Until you explained what you had done, I couldn't figure it out -- didn't see anything bleached! Duh! Beautiful card.
