I just took a class in Thomas Kinkade stamping last night. We made a beautiful Christmas Card Vignette designed by labullard. I was so inspired by her teaching that I thought I would put my spin on it today. I give her total credit for the layout and basic idea, but I changed color, stamp and mine is not totally monochromatic. I thought I would throw a little light in the windows. Good idea or bad idea -- hmm, not sure. I do know the card looks better than I could get the scan to look. The scan has a higher harsher contrast than the actual card. Thanks for looking.

Lovely card, Laurie, and this serves as another excellent example of how the TK stamps look great stamped in basically one color. I really like the light you added in the windows - very nice touch. Love that pretty two-toned ribbon too. I know how frustrating scanners can be. I'm so glad my hubby started photographing my cards for me. Linda

This inspires me to get one a TK stamp. I'm scared to death of even attempting to color one of these. But I think I could handle 2 colors. Yours is very pretty.

Laurie, I am so late comming in here. This is lovely! I really like the light in the windows, the green color which is so soft and your ribbon. It looks like you truly enjoyed your class.
