Friends of mine got married 9/29, and I never made their wedding card (I had just had my daughter 4 days before the wedding)
I had found this cool sticker that said "We tied the knot" and wanted to figure out how I could use it. Well, then Kim from My Favorite Things released "Meet me at the Cafe" and WHAMO! I had this great idea.
It took me a while to make it work, as I had to expand the window awning to stretch across the whole 'window', but I think it looks pretty good. The sticker was adhered to a piece of acetate (it came on one, but it wasn't big enough for me to stamp the 'Cafe' on it) I then stamped Cafe in Black Stazon, masking the frame on the image. Layered behind it cakes and presents from Framed Greetings, as since I had to modify the size of the window, the cakes and presents from the MFT set would look disproportionately small.
I made a 'stencil' for the bricks by cutting the pattern free hand out of a post-it note, and then sponged them on with river rock ink.
Thanks so much for looking!!!

HOLY SPEECHLESS! That is amazing!! What a gorgeous card. You should put a paper stand in the back for it to be displayed. Looks like a plaque you'd buy for decoration!
