This Wreathabella is just too darn cute. I decided to play with my glaze & souffle pens with this card. I colored the wreath with the green & red glaze pens and used the souffle pens on her scarf and pompoms. I also used the Gelly Roll glitter pen on her dress to give her some bling. TFL
