My oldest son made this card for his sisters 18 birthday. The only part I did was coloring in Mudpie. I got him in an image swap of some House Mouse stamps, what fun images to use!
My son completely designed this card. I had the sketch challenge papers sitting on my desk and he picked out the tent topper card to make. I then showed him some of the BG papers I have and he liked the blue star one, so I showed him the colors that matched it. He picked the tempting turquoise base, and the background papers to go with it, it was his idea to sponge brilliant blue on the scallops of the oval and he picked out the saying and embossing color.
The inside of the card says, "How dare you turn 18 without me?" Since he is always wanting to be older like her (he is 15 now), he always rags on her about getting older without him..lol. Hope you enjoyed seeing the card he made.
BTW, on the mouse picture itself, if you look closely you will see little splotches of something, when he went to sign the card after dinner (spagetti) he didn't look where he was putting it down at, so I told him Mudpie got some dinner too, lol. Figured I better take a picture of the card before he could do any more damage to it..LOL
