This is a project I have worked on "off and on" for the past couple of years (maybe some day I'll get it done??). I decided to take a lot of my old very favorite recipes and put them in a scrapbook for my grand-daughters to have some day. I include something which relates to each recipe on the pages (i.e. picture, etc.). With this recipe it happened to be in the handwritting of a dear friend whom had written it down for me about 25 years ago. (Of course I was a "mere baby", what else? heee....heeee). I thought since the recipe was begining to fade I should do it soon. So today was the day to do it (I was about to make the cake). The stamps are mostly from SU "Love Bakes" with the little round ones being a set I recently purchased at the CK Conv.- Tech Tue's Casablanca...Love both sets. Love bakes is one of the oldest sets I have but I still love it because it is so versitile. The colors are much prettier IRL...They are more mustard, chocolate chip and bravo burgandy (craft). And, yes, obviously from the page I don't normally do 8 1/2 X 11 (love 12x12 and 6x6's) but the book "Recipes Shares" (recipe scrapbook) is in that size. TFL

What a GORGEOUS recipe page. LOVE the layout and how precious to have the original handwritten recipe. What a treasure for your grand-daughters in the future. TFS!

What a treasure for your grandaughters! This will be such a keepsake for them of all your favorite recipes. What a great idea! Now I want my grandma or mom to make me one!
