We always buy our moms one silly card and one serious card. This year he picked out the "sillies" and I made the serious ones. This one is for my mother. The most awesome woman in the world.
Using WCC I colored directly onto the image, misted it twice, then stamped on watercolor paper. After it dried I went over all the lines and filled the flowers with a shimmery gelly roll pen. I'm addicted to those pens now!
I punched the oval in vanilla and overlayed it with vellum embossed in Encore gold.
