This picture was deleted yesterday because I forgot to rename it--bummer! Anyway, my Stampin' Spot was made especially for me by my DH. My cardstock is stored inside the right cabinet in upright containers, which I labeled for each color and color family. I have under-cabinet lighting and the taller workspace is actually a kitchen cart that I can roll out when I want to. The cabinets, shelving, chair and kitchen cart is from Ikea, as are all the metal containers and baskets you see. The countertop we ordered from Home Depot to fit the space. The other half of the room is a playroom for our two little boys, and when they get bigger I'll probably take it over! I love my space!

What a wonderful work space -- nice you can stamp and be near your kids -- but I'm sure it's a handful at times -- LOL!!! Do you have them trained not to touch your stuff!!!

What a happy place! I also have my scrap/stamp room attached to my kids playroom. They are now 9 & 14 so their toys are different! However, having it attached allowed me to be with them while I crafted. Enjoy your happy stamping space.

Don't you just love Ikea?! My DH set up a stamping corner in my girls' playroom for me after we remodeled our basement last summer and it has been an awesome thing for me. I'm glad that I'm not the only mom out there counting the days until I can move out the dress up clothes, pink legos, and dolly strollers and fill my cabinets with stamping supplies. It warms my heart to see someone out there with a similar idea to mine--my walls are even painted light blue! You're a lucky lady. TFS
