I did this as my stamp camp this month, I tried to have a variety of techniques for them to do. Some new like the bleach and crayon resist and some simple ones, like coloring with chalks and markers and using punches.

All these are adorable! I've been thinking about doing this for a stamp camp. How long did it take how many guests to do all 12 months? How much $$$$? Are these our 6 x 6 SU calendars or some printed off the computer? Thanks for sharing - these are really great!

These are AWESOME! I really like these alot. Please let us know how you got this template. I would like to make these for my Make-N-Take Group for December!
Thanks Lets see I'll try to answer as many ?s as I can. It took my beginner campers (5 stampers, assorted ages youngest 12, oldest 55) and me about 3 hours to do this, I tried to keep it a mix of things that they have done before and a few new things (most of my campers are new to stamping, like just started July 2004 when I had my first camp). I think mainly because I only had one of each stamp set we used and they had to share stamps/tools. To cut down on wait time I had some working on the next month while they waited for supplies or as soon as they finished the month the rest were working on. I also did that if we were waiting for something to dry (Basic Black used on glossy paper the crayon resist to make sure it didn't smear). The size is that of a CD jewel case, I got the month pattern in Excel from a SU! demo when the idea first came out (sorry I can't remember who atm, but thanks all the same!), I tweaked it to work for this size. I got the CD jewel cases at Walmart 10 for $2.96, took out the "guts" before hand and told them they just have to take off the cover and flip it over to get it to stand properly. I got by using scrap papers and supplies I had at home, so I didn't charge much (I don't normally anyway because it's my relatives who attend mostly). I charged $4.00 for this camp (probably too little, but like I said it was my relatives). I think of my camps as a way to come up with new ideas and test them out, gets/keeps me creative, and gets others hooked on stamping (which pretty much leads to orders) so I'm not really looking to make a ton of money off them.
I think my favorite is April, it was a last minute idea/design (lol I had an Easter design done then realized Easter was in March and that one was already done).
i love this, but i tried to get into excel, by putting it in search and nothing came up. can you email me and tell me how i get to this site.i would like to do this at my next stamp camp. thanks, [email protected]
