SPIN:
I was absolutely intrigued by the colourful, grid background in my inspiration card. I love geometrics and I love ink blending, so I grabbed a stencil and 4 inks and created my background.
I added green to my background since I knew I wouldn't be able to add a green parrot and I cut out a circle from the centre. I added Stardust stickles to all the edges for a bit of sparkle.
I inlaid my pink circle and that solid colour helped to make my die cut birthday sentiment stand out.

The texture on your sponging is so cool - makes it look a bit icy. I love this, Ardyth. I may try to recreate that texture and off to see if you have a video on it. Hugz

Ardyth, This is such a great case of Brian's card. I love your color choices and the geometric design. The circle allows the sentiment to be the main focus. So pretty!

Oh my gosh this background is unbelievable. Every square has a beautiful ombre effect to it and the colors oppose each other but from different sides. This is beautiful.
The stardust stickles are a very nice touch.
AND your card photography is gorgeous. Beautiful photo embellishments and layout. This is a gorgeous card!

Ardyth, you make the BEST bg's!! Fab stenciling, and your card as usual is a highlight in the FS gallery!

Loving this op-art bg and the way the design changes with how I adjust my eyes...so darn fun! You totally captured the look of the bg in the inspiration card and made it the star of the show instead of one of the backup dancers. The colors are fab as are the great die cuts for the sentiment. Love the font on that. Fantastic card.
