I kept the basic layout of her Easter card but made mine a Christmas card. Instead of the stamped rabbit, I added a die cut evergreen tree. I loved her check panel so I stamped a Buffalo Check panel in red instead of the blue panel on her card. Instead of a sentiment, I stamped and clear embossed a winter village. I used three different embossing folders on the various panels.
Thank you, Julie, for the fun challenge! Congratulations Natalie! Enjoy your special week as our Featured Stamper!

Rita, this is a great case of Natalie's card. There are so many interesting elements on this card. I looked for a while to take them all in. I love your use of the double embossed layers and pretty die cut tree. The red and white checked trim really pops and I love how it adds just the right touch of color to go with the red stamped village.

Awesome card, Rita. Love the way you balanced the red on this card with the plaid (adore your plaid) and the village (adore your village). And then that green tree just pops right out front. Love that you mirrored the tree with the embossing on the main layer and I am really intrigued with the shape of that white panel right behind the tree, It reminds me of a sled. Fabulous card. Fav'd
