For Ann's Alpha P challenge-Pastels. This is a case from Ann Craig (distInktive Stamping Designs- Feb.24/2017). I just changed the dp and the sentiment. This was sent to a friend way back in Sept/2020.
I used a toothbrush to dip into the spun sugar after pouring a bit of it out into a dish and used my fingers on the bristles of it to splatter the copic paper which absorbs the splatters because it is uncoated. Sentiment is popped up with 3M foam tape. Also used dimensionals to lift up the diecut panel.

Such a lovely card, Shirl! I may have to case this. I have some hand made paper with leaves and such imbedded in it. I think it would look wonderful behind a cut out like this.
