Have red card base as read she liked red, then layer of brown shopping bag, then die cut circles on front piece, sponged inside on paper bag piece of outside of circle, to give dimension, then stamped floral stem, on back put layer of mesh from a onion bag. Stamped front piece to make like dp paper. The flowers are newspaper where used my dies to trace a circle on it --3 sizes and 3 of each, got water colors did biggest one in green, then red next and pink smallest. Let dry while put card together, then cut all circles out with scissors in flower shape, put hole in middle, inserted brad in scrunched each layer up and fluffed up and used 3 glue dots to adhere to card front, stamped sentiment popped on.One getting my card will have to fluff up the flowers as for sure will flatten during mailing.

The brown paper bag and mesh are great recycling. I never think to keep the bags from my onions or lemons...The effect of the stamping under the mesh is great. For a recycling project, I think this has a super, rather sophisticated look .

Lots of great recycled elements here and I especially like the onion netting overlaid on the stamped paper bag circles. Super job making your own bg DP, too!

CRAZY GOOD and love the recycling factor, a lot!! i love using my USED tea bag papers, whole or flattened out and stamping those. this takes me to a new level of mediums to include. the onion bag is brilliant!!! thanks for sharing and inspiring me. I appreciate the kind comment you left on my rice paper peony card/w pocket. take good care, Teresa
