I hope this qualifies for CAS. The bird and party hat were stamped, colored and die cut. The BG was blended with distress oxide inks and die cut with the torn edge rectangle die. The speech bubble was die cut, stamped and the pieces attached to the BG. The panel was placed on a white card base. This is for our oldest daughter, who turns 50 this month! Thanks for looking!
