I had stamped several images for Anita's burnt milk challenge on Monday (it's HERE, and had been trying to find time all week to make another card for it.
For this I cut the frame twice, once from chipboard, once from white card. I sponged it with DOX inks to look a little like driftwood - I think I used hickory smoke, antique linen and tea dye. I used the same die to cut round my burnt milk shell, and inlaid it into the frame, after tying some linen thread round it as a hanger. I used an Eyelet Outlet shell brad to hang it from, and after a bit of rooting through sentiments thought this was a good one to use - both because we need to dream of a better tomorrow, and because I thought dreams suited the soft look of the burnt milk. The DP is layered onto brown with distressed edges.
