This might be a first, as I don't aspire to CAS, but when I read that Misti was asking us to bring out our pearls - I brought mine. We had the fringes of a storm pass through here today so even at 3.30 the light isn't great, and this is the best I can do. In real life, the shell is not as garish looking.
Stamped the sentiment.
Using blue and green gelatos, I stamped the Gradation cover-a-card stamp for a little background.
Added the net, cut from kraft.
The shell was made using Gem's technique as featured in TLC627, and the starfish were cut from scraps of watercoloured and gold-embossed tissue paper (Loll's technique)..

This card is really cool and just serenely beautiful. : ) I followed the links and that was very interesting! really great card and will be cheerful to anyone receiving it, a great reminder of any 'beach time' they ever spent. Thanks for all the links and someday i will try that Shell technique for sure! Teresa
