I used this card of Mary's as my inspiration. I kept the theme and the lavender base but used different image, sentiment and bg technique.
I started by inking the inside of my retro embossing folder with Birthstone rainbow ink, spritzed with water, then "stamped" it onto my watercolor paper. Stamped & embossed my fashionista friends directly onto the bg and watercolored. (If you look closedly you can see some of the bg still shows as shadows in the clothing). I added some ultra fine pink ice glitter to the bodice and hemline of the dress (hard to see in the pic but awesome IRL) Stamped on my sentiment in deep green and mounted onto the lavender base card.

Wonderfully cased. Love the two friends arm in arm. The background is amazing. You colored the girls beautifully; I don't see the background at all. Love the glitter on the hem; I imagine it's gorgeous IRL. Terrific sentiment. TFS

What a fun way to do your background - it's subtle but turned out great. Love the sentiment. Great CASE.
