I watercolored the flamingo with Prima Confections on wc paper and cut out. The flowers are a product of 3 step stamping and then cut out, one is popped up after I added the frame.
My favorite things to do in the summer will always have to do with water of some kind, especially love going to the flamingo pond at the zoo and just sitting. See challenge WT693 to play along.
A note: Yes, Sandy, I made the background paper with Gelli plate.

The flamingo and flowers are so pretty! I'm with you.......I love the zoo in the summer..........when it's not too hot!

This certainly says summer to me. I remember the first time we saw flamingoes in the wild in Corfu; we'd never seen them in that location before, and heard them before we saw them. Your gel print is beautiful.

I am inspired again by geli plate prints! I bought the plate months ago and still haven't used it! I love the background you created. The flamingo and this hibiscus really make a great scene!
