I loved the backgrounds I made for my little shepherd MIX card on Fri/Saturday, so I made some more and added sheep instead of a shepherd. I bought this set mostly because my immediate boss is Spanish and I want to make her a "fleece navidad" card, but in the meantime here are two for my stash.
Background masked and sponged, gold Twinkling H2Os spattered.
I stamped the sheep several times and fussy cut. Coloured the head and feet on the base layer, and embossed the bodies with a knit embossing folder, a lovely gift from Cheryl. I also pieced the little horns on the rams, but didn't bother with the ears on the ewes. Added the sentiment, matted on black and then put on a white base.

This is absolutely adorable! I LOVE the "wool" on your sheep and you have really inspired me to use a couple of embossing folders I have in ways I hadn't thought of before! Thanks SO much for sharing! Into my favorites this goes!!

Oh, how cute IS this!! Love how you created the wool on the sheep. And the background is just fabulous! Can't wait to see the "fleece navidad" card you come up with! :-)
