I was inspired by the colors and the smattering of hearts in this pretty scene here.
Embossed the halftone hearts in white, then sponged my bg with various shades of red and pink DI, rubbed off the embossed hearts, splattered with water, blotted with paper towel, and then splattered more with white acrylic paint and black. Obviously I can't stop splattering anything I can put my hands on!! Then sprayed the whole bg with shimmer spritz (sooooo pretty IRL). Embossed the sentiment on black cs, die cut my "love" also from black cs, and assembled. A sprinkling of enamel dots to finish it off!
