For today's WT: Use and tool that needs some love. I think I've used my CL Flourish twice, and I've had it for several years. I cut it up to fit my card.
For this week's FS: Karen Margotta. I'm so elated that my friend, Karen, has been chosen this week! Karen, your gallery is full of techniques to choose from. So much beauty, but in the end, I chose Lots of Leaves for my inspiration. I kept the leaves to the left of my card and added the splatter bg, but my card is a sympathy, and I added the flourish instead of using another border of stamped leaves. The tangerine panel is popped up & the smaller white rectangle was sponged. Thanks for stopping by today! Enjoy your royal week, Karen! ~Roberta

I always like cutting that flourish up and using bits of it. I recognise your wonderful way with French Foliage straightaway, and the flourishes pair with it perfectly.

What a beauty Roberta. I love how you cut the die apart, your colors are beautiful. Sorry you needed this but you honored Karen's beautiful card so well.

What a stunning, stunning sympathy card this is Roberta. I am sorry you needed to make a sympathy card though- they are always the cards we wish we didn't have to make. Your colors on this card are just glorious and really perfect for your falling leaves. I love the fun way you incorporated this wonderful leaf flourish so it draws your eye right to the sentiment. The subtle splatters and hint of sequins are the perfect finishing touches on this gorgeous card. I am so delighted you played along this week Roberta- this really means a lot to me, my dear friend. Hugs to you! ~Karen
