I made this card or two challenges. But first, I must give credit to Shirl (Shirlb19) for this card because I CASED this card of Shirl's: FF17CAKath Frosty's Offering by shirlb19 at Splitcoaststampers because I loved it the minute I saw it. I made this a 5x7 card so I made a slight design change in order for this card to fit a larger size; otherwise, I followed Shirl's design pretty closely. The first challenge is for the Alphabet Challenge for the letter S for Santa, Silver, Sparkle, Shine and Skating. The double challenge was to use glue and I used a lot of glue to add glitter to Santa's suit and to add the fun flock to Santa's beard. Fun stuff! The second challenge is the Ways To Use It Challenge to color me Christmas. We were to use 2 different coloring mediums on our cards. I used copic markers, ink for stamping and shading, and versamark ink with silver embossing powder for the sentiment. This card was so darned much fun to make and I want to thank Shirl for the great inspiration because without her, this card would not have been made. I also want to wish everyone a very Merry Christmas this year. God Bless... ~Karen.

Ha, thanks for the credit, but it all started with you my friend because you sent me the image and the large silver snowflake first! You know I love how you made my cased card into a 5 x 7 card. I love the tiny silver snowflakes and how you decorated your Santa with all that sparkly goodness. You covered a lot of challenges with this S for sweet Santa card! Lots of S's too and also those papers you used are gorgeous along with the silver framing the top and bottom. Excellently designed, Karen.

Karen this is spectacular! I love that big silver snowflake and all the sparkle and shine. Beautiful paper, I'm trying to decide if the center part is the same dp but with vellum over it or if it is another dp. At any rate, it is gorgeous! Merry Christmas!
