Cut 2 strips in widths from 1 1/2" and 2" x 10" lengths. Score at 1/2" spaces the length of each strip. Fan fold each strip and glue ends together for one long strip with the same width. Create a circle loop and pinch together. Add hot glue to the center of the circle and pinch until set. Add a glittery paper punched circle to front of the rosette. Punch/die cut enough solid colored circles to cover the front of the hoop overlapping them. Hot glue to the hoop. Die cut holly leaves for accents. Layer the rosettes overlapping around the hoop, glue in place. Tuck in the holly branches. Add glitter glue to the holly berries on the holly branches. Tie a ribbon loop to the top of the embroidery hoop.
