I am grateful for this sketch this week. My dear friend Ingrid came over, wanting to make a Hawaii'n themed sympathy card. She lost a 21-yo friend of the family named Lexy.
This card is a sympathy card for Lexy's parents, who love Hawaii.
My friend bought the stamp at a hardware store in Hawaii. The background papers are origami paper with a Hawaii theme that I had in my stash. She used Copics to color, and we used Rose Red background card stock behind the hibiscus flower.
We spent quite a bit of time color matching.
Thanks for looking. Loss is hard, kindness helps.

Even before reading your description, I recognized a Hawaiian theme with the hibiscus, flowers and woven mat DP. A beautifully personalized sympathy card.

Yes, kindness always helps. How very sad for this family but the card is sure to be a ray of sunshine in their darkness moments. Beautiful flower.
