This was fun to make, I first made the back ground with several blue alcohol markers then dropped alcohol over to blend and mist once dry I stamped the fish and heat embossed them made the borders put the shiny shaker stuff I don't know how you say that in English, finally added the acetate .

OOOO an underwater shaker card..how cool! Your blue inks make a lovely setting for your fish. Great card....and shiny shaker stuff makes sense to me ;)
