It's not such a "lovely day" here in South Florida...but it will be again! We are all shuttered up and experiencing some strong wind from Hurricane Irma (along with the first strong rain bands), but now it's moving towards the west coast.
So now that we are all "hunkered down," I found time to stamp. I love this week's Inspiration Challenge and found a few DesignSeeds that inspired me. Here's the first one...still finishing the second one. I really enjoyed using the Chameleon Pens with the Color Tops and found them easy to use.
This one worked perfectly for my Black-Eyed Susan - both image and sentiment are digis, and it was fairly easy and quick to color. I ended up using a ruler and Sharpie fine-point pen to make a "frame" and colored that in as well. It's an easy one, and I'll definitely print and color more.
Please pray for my sister, two nieces, and their families in Sarasota. I've not heard from them, and I pray that they will be fine. My DS's house is low-lying and is susceptible to flooding. :(
Thanks for taking a closer look, and let's all continue to pray for all of Florida and continue to pray for Houston and all those affected by the fires. Remember that Hurricane Jose is also coming down the "alley" in less than a week. Hugs!

Talk about a beautiful CAS card...this is it! It's fabulous in every way. I don't know how you are stamping with that wind coming in but I know your faith is carrying you through. I'm praying for your family. Once again, stay safe.

I am so glad to read that your sister and family are safely together now. It seems surreal that we are chatting about cards and getting inky while Mother Nature is wreaking havoc. Keep doing your beautiful colouring sis and staf hankered down with your wonderful Walt. Stay safe, love you! Xxx
