TLC648 = using bubble wrap to create a background.
Sabrina has several terrific techniques HERE.
I used TH inks on a craft sheet, misted with water, pressed the bubble wrap into it and then used it as a stamp for my bg. I softened it down, once stamped, by brushing more water on the bg softly.
