I'm playing along with CAS(E) this sketch #229 challenge this week. No stamping on this one - just some solid colored cardstock and a flower (is that a Hydrangea or a Peony?) die cut (not sure of the brand) from gold foil. I've also cut the sentiment from the same gold foil using a Little B die. I've used washi tape to create the rectangle background feature. I've had this die for quite awhile and never seemed to know how best to showcase it. This challenge was the perfect motivator!

A great way to use washi tape, Beverly! Love the colors and the beautiful floral die cut. Between a peony and hydrangea, my guess is that the flower is a peony.

Your strips of washi are the perfect backdrop for your love gold flower that allows it to peek through. Love your color combination with the gold glitzy flower and leaves...so PRETTY!
