For today's Inspiration Challenge, we browsed the Inspiration Genius Awards Pinterest Board. I chose the uber talented Karen Dunbrook's rose card from IC599 for my inspiration!
I cut the end of my celery stalk and it looks so much like a rose (I know you have all thought that too). I set it aside to stamp with later (although waiting more than a day is too long), and this morning I used it! I painted it with Liquitex paint. When it was dry, I stenciled along the borders with Poptone Dye ink.
I added my die cut from Silver Metallic paper, and then stamped the little accompanying sentiment words in Onyx Black.
Thanks for a great challenge, Audrie!

I really had to sit here for a minute and take in all the details that went into this beautiful card. Love the abstract look of the blooms, the green stenciling, the colors you combined - lovely!
