For today's Tea Pot Tuesday, the theme is Calling All Dancers. I decided to go with an older couple dancing in the rain after I found this sentiment online. I blended three shades of TH Distress Inks into cs and then dropped water on the paper, turning the paper at an angle to let the water run like rain on a window. I printed the dancing couple on cs and fussy cut out the image, and brushed SN Sparkle brush over it. I dropped sequins and where they landed I glued them on, not counting all the ones that bounced off the card and landed on the floor. . TFL

Wow, funny how you and Sabrina think alike - it must be a tea-potter thing. I've been offline for a couple of years now - illness, my parents and my own have kept me too busy to craft - but I hope to return soon. Lovely sentiment and remember: dancing is dreaming with your feet. Have a wonderful day, Patricia

Ah, I wondered how you had such sparkle on your dancing couple, I thought maybe you'd embossed them. You really did capture the look of rain running down a window with that great background. Laughing at the sequins bouncing on the floor - I still haven't tried that approach to positioning them yet, but I should because I always struggle to know where to place them. Never tried dancing in the rain, but so long as I'm on the way home and able to get dry, I never mind walking in it. Arriving wet in work is another story altogether :-(.

Or walk on the train tracks in the pouring rain, singing 'Proud Mary' at the top of their lungs!! A cute card Kandie - I love the blue and the black together like this.

I love the wonderful sentiment and the silhouette couple is fantastic for the challenge. I love that you threw the sequins and glued them where they landed. I will have to do that as they look so perfectly placed. I sure hope you did not glue them to the floor. Giggles!! Thank you so much for joining in on my challenge with this stunning card.

Very artistic card featuring dancing! I loved hearing your process, especially how you decided where to apply your sequins....I always have trouble with that...now I'm just going to glue them where they drop...lol
