This is for Cathy's WTUI challenge this week - you'll be able to find out why HERE after the challenge is live.
For my main panel, I more or less used KellyJean's recent TLC babywipe background challenge. When dry, I stamped the wildflowers on it (and a little Gorgeous Grunge too), and distressed the edges.
For the layer behind that, I ran a piece of brown Core-dinations through the crimper in two directions several times and pulled it apart to make my faux suede - then stamped IO's Geologic on it to add a little texture. I added some gold mesh ribbon and stitched all round the edge before adding it to a white base.
To finish, I added the Chloe stem cut from cork (with Glossy Accents on the tips), and the bamboo cut from a scrap of polished stone, which I had made to cut autumn leaves from a while back. Both DH and I decided it didn't need a sentiment.

There's so much depth to your to your image using the combo of stamping with diecuts - Love the glossy accents on the chloe, that spidery looking gold lace and stitching.

It's always a treat to see your cards.....have been looking at it for a long time to take in all the elements. You amaze me with the techniques you use to create the different textures....love the faux suede. The gold mesh ribbon adds richness, and then there is the perfect stitching that frames everything. Last but not least is the die cut out of cork....brilliant with the earthy look and added dimension. Thanks for sharing your talents and artistic ability with us. Fav'd
