These photos were sitting in my "I don't have inspiration for this layout yet" bin. It might have been in there for 4 years or so. I had originally picked out different paper for the photos, but decided that it just wouldn't work.
These photos are special to me. My grandmother was really sick towards the end of her life (she lived with my parents). We knew her time was short, so I told her that when my family went to Switzerland for Christmas (we lived in England at the time and she was in America) that her great granddaughter would make a snow angel for her high up in the Swiss Alps. It was so peaceful and quiet up in the snow. We found out after we returned that she had passed.
I wanted this layout to signify her travel up to heaven. I picked the sheet music to signify the angels singing as she entered heaven's gate.
Although it sat in my 'do later' bin a long time, I feel it was worth the wait.
Thanks for looking!

This LO is so very special and I agree with Sharon...it brought tears to my eyes reading your post. I love your thought process and the music sheet paper is perfect. Hugs and love from Australia xoxo
